Haily Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The principal activities of its subsidiaries include building construction of residential and non-residential buildings, provision of rental of construction machinery, and engaging in agricultural activities such as managing and harvesting durians and other fruits. It operates through two segments: Building Construction and Others. Its Building Construction segment is engaged in the building construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Its residential buildings consist of single and multi-dwelling buildings, and its non-residential buildings consist of commercial, purpose-built, industrial, and institutional buildings. Its Others segment includes civil engineering construction works, rental of construction machinery, and agricultural activities such as managing and harvesting durians and other fruits. Its subsidiaries include Haily Construction Bhd., Haily Development Sdn. Bhd., and Haily Capital Sdn. Bhd.
