Helix Resources Limited is an Australia-based resources company. The Company's activity consists of exploring for copper and gold in Arizona, the United States of America and in the copper producing regions of Cobar, New South Wales (NSW). Its Arizona projects include the Gold Basin Project and White Hills Project. Its NSW projects include Muriel Tank Goldfield, Eastern Tenements, Western Group Tenements, and Canbelego JV - NSW. The Gold Basin oxide-gold project lies within the Walker Lane Trend, in the United States. The tenements cover 42 square kilometers (km2) and host six advanced targets which outcrop at the surface. The Canbelego copper deposit lies within the Cobar Basin of central New South Wales, approximately 45 kilometers (km) south-east of the town of Cobar. The Weerianna Gold and Lithium Project is located in the West Pilbara region of Western Australia, over 25 km east of Karratha and 5 km west of Roebourne and is adjacent to the Northwest Coastal Highway.
