Horana Plantations PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company. The principal activity of the Company is cultivation, manufacturing and sale of tea, rubber, and other agricultural produce. Its segments include Tea, Rubber and Palm Oil. Its products include tea, rubber, cinnamon, and oil palm. Its tea varieties include high grown, high grown leafy, and low grown leafy. It offers cinnamon varieties include Cinnamon Powder, Alba, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, and Virgin Special. It has over 14 estates covering over 6,519 hectares of land primarily cultivated with tea and rubber. Its estates are spread across the Central and Western provinces of Sri Lanka. It has an annual production of approximately 2.2 Mn Kg (Millinewton Kilogram) of Tea, 0.5 Mn Kg of Rubber, 2.8 Mn Kg of Oil Palm, and 0.2 Mn Nuts Coconut Production. The up-country estates are Alton, Gouravilla, Stockholm, Bambarakelly, Eildonhall, and Tillicoultry, and the low-country estates are Millakanda, Halwatura, Hillstream, Neuchatel, and Mirishena.
