IAR Systems Group AB, formerly Intoi AB, is a Sweden-based Company engaged in the provision of software services. Its activities comprise one business segment: IAR Systems. The Company specializes in the development of tools for embedded systems. Its software solutions are implemented to products based on 8-, 16-, and 32-bit microcontrollers, which are used in a range of areas, such as industrial automation, medical devices, consumer electronics, telecommunication and automotive products. Furthermore, its partners network comprises Freescale Semiconductor, Fujitsu, Texas Instruments, Samsung, NXP Semiconductors, Toshiba, Seiko Epson Corporation, and Infineon Technologies, among others. The Company operates through a number of subsidiaries located in the United States, England, Norway, China, Japan, and Finland, among others.
