The Company is also engaged in the sale of computer equipment and software to the financial services industry, and provides its customers with support and maintenance services for such systems. Its products facilitate electronic funds transfer Internet banking and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, and also enable these systems to adapt to or migrate to smart card and wireless payment services. IFS International conducts its business through two wholly owned subsidiaries, IFS International Inc. (IFS) and Network Controls International, Inc. (NCI).
