Infinity Income Trust Stock

Infinity Income Trust (the Trust) is an unincorporated trust formed primarily for the purpose of financing the sales commissions related to the distribution of certain Infinity Mutual Funds, which were later merged with or renamed as Dynamic Mutual Funds (the Funds). These were sold on a deferred sales charge basis, during the period from August 1, 1997 to February 26, 1998. In so doing, the Trust acquired secured limited recourse notes and participation certificates. The Trust distributes to unitholders all of its net cash flow, which consists primarily of all principal and interest payments received under the secured notes and participation agreements, plus other investment income. The distributions are non-taxable to the unitholders and are made on a quarterly basis. Infinity Income Trust Management Inc. serves as the manager of the Trust.
