JS Global Capital Limited is a Pakistan-based broking and investment banking company. The principal activities of the Company are equity trading, share brokerage, money market brokerage, forex brokerage, commodity brokerage, advisory, underwriting, book running, and consultancy services. The Company operates through three segments: Brokerage, Investment and Treasury, and Other Operations. The Brokerage segment includes services provided in respect of share brokerage, money market brokerage, forex brokerage, commodity brokerage, and share subscription commission. The Investment and Treasury segment consists of capital market, money market investment, and treasury functions. The activities include profit or mark-up on bank deposits, term deposit receipts, capital gains on equity and debt securities, mark-up income on margin financing and term finance certificates, and profit on sukuks and dividend income. The Other Operations segment consists of advisory and consultancy functions.
