La Fonciere is a Switzerland-based real estate investment fund. The Fund's focus is on multifamily residential properties located in urban areas of Western Switzerland, but also manages commercial and mixed real estate properties. The Fund is managed by Investissements Fonciers SA (IFSA), whose objective is to invest into a diversified real estate portfolio and to hedge against fluctuations in the real estate market. The Fund has stakes in real estate properties located in Zurich, Bulle, Fribourg, Geneve, Neuchatel, Martigny, Aigle, Lausanne, Montreux, Morges, Nyon, La Tour-de-Peilz, Vevey and Sion, among others.
