Marble Point Loan Financing Limited is a Guernsey-based closed-end investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to generate stable current income and to grow net asset value (NAV) by earning a return on equity in excess of the amount distributed as dividends. The Company seeks to achieve its investment objective through exposure to a diversified portfolio of the United States dollar denominated, broadly syndicated floating rate senior secured corporate loans. The Company invests in loans via its direct and indirect investments in the equity and debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) for which the investment manager or an affiliate thereof serves as collateral manager, as well as CLO fee participation and loan accumulation facilities. The Company principally obtains exposure to loans through its investments in CLOs and loan accumulation facilities (LAFs). The Company's investment manager is Marble Point Credit Management LLC.
