MSF Sugar Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in the business of growing, processing, marketing and exporting of sugar cane and raw sugar. The Company owns and operates four sugar mills with a total crushing capacity of over four million tons of cane, producing approximately 550,000 tons of raw sugar per annum. The Company's milling assets are located in Gordonvale, South Johnstone, Atherton Tablelands and Maryborough. The property portfolio of cane land comprises approximately 5,500 hectares in the Maryborough district and 8,000 hectares in Far North Queensland. The Company owns about 170 hectares tract of Mary Harbor, which is located in Maryborough. In addition, it owns water rights totaling approximately 7,500 milliliters in the lower Mary irrigation scheme and about 11,835 in the Mareeba Dimbulah Sunwater scheme.
