Montem Resources Limited is an Australia-based steel making coal and renewable energy development company. The Company owns and leases coal tenements and freehold land in the Canadian provinces of Alberta and British Columbia. The Company's projects are located in the Crowsnest Pass, of southwest Alberta, Canada. Its projects include Ten Mountain Mine Redevelopment Project and the Chinook Project that are estimated to contain 232 million tons (mt) of in-place coal resources. The Tent Mountain Mine project is located in both Alberta and British Columbia with the closest municipality, Coleman, located approximately 16 kilometers (km) to the east. The mine covers an area of approximately 1,700 hectares (ha). The Chinook Project is in the Crowsnest Pass of southwest Alberta. The Chinook Project covers an area of approximately 10,000 hectares (ha), contains three underground mines, such as Vicary, McGillivray and International. Greenfield Projects include Isola, 4-Stack and Oldman projects.
