The Project comprises one granted exploration license (EL 33234) and one granted mineral lease (ML23812) in the Northern Territory, which covers a total area of 11 sub-blocks or approximately 36.6 square kilometers (km2). The Project is located 200 km to the southeast of Darwin in the Northern Territory. The tenements are held by TM Gold Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
