Chelyabinskiy Truboprokatnyi Zavod PAO is a Russia-based steel pipe producer for the Russian market. The Company's principal activities include the production and distribution of pipes and pipe products for the oil and gas industry. It operates through three segments: Steel pipe production represents manufacturing and distribution of pipes and other related products, including activities related to the procurement of scrap and its further utilization as raw materials in manufacturing of steel billets used in seamless pipe production; Oilfield services segment includes equipment manufacturing and support services for oil well extraction, such as electric submersible pumps, sucker-rod drilling pumps and other products and services for an oilfield's development, as well as Trunk pipeline systems segment involves production of highly customized components for the construction of oil and gas pipelines, including valves, hot-formed and cold-formed pipeline bends and hubs.
