The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of minerals & metals targeting seasoned mining companies, viable hard assets and Greenfield resources. The Company is focused on the extraction and exploration of industrial minerals. Raptor Resources Holdings Inc. has two subsidiaries, namely; Mabwe Minerals Inc., majority owned subsidiary of the Company in early stage barite & limestone production at Dodge Mine and TAG Minerals Inc. in stone/aggregate production at the Derbyshire Stone Quarry and developing Raptor Mine targeting transition metals nickel & copper. The Company's projects include: Raptor Mine; Derbyshire Stone Quarry and Dodge Mine.
