Rosseti Yug PAO is a Russia-based company primarily engaged in the energy industry. The Company's main activities include transmission and distribution of electric power through electric grids, provision of services for technological connection of consumers to grids, and sale of electric power to end consumer in the Republic of Kalmykia. The Company unites distribution grid complexes of the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation: the Republic of Kalmykia, as well as Astrakhan, Volgograd and Rostov Regions. The Company's segments are represented by its branches (Kalmenergo, Astrakhanenergo, Rostovenergo, Volgogradenergo) and subsidiaries (VMES AO and Energoservis Yuga AO), as well as Others segment represented by subsidiary Baza Otdykha Energetik AO.
