Compania Energopetrol SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the provision of construction works of electrical installations. The Company is active in the execution of construction and installation works of electrical energy air and ground distribution networks, including power and lighting systems, and electric drives. It is also involved in the services of automation and anticorrosive protection; cathodic protection systems of underground metallic structures; design of power stations and electric power plants; projecting and assembly of renewable energy equipment; verification, testing and prophylactic measurements, and maintenance, overhaul, modernization and refurbishment services. In June 2013, the Company suspended its activities. In October 2013, Compania Energopetrol SA entered into the insolvency procedures.
