It holds interest in mineral properties such as Bonanza Property, Barlevskoye and Vynohradiv Properties, and Maiskoe Property. It has acquired 100% interest in the nine Units Mineral Claim, known as the Bonanza Mineral Claim, located in the Greenwood Mining Division of British Columbia, Canada. It has acquired a 90% interest in the Barlevskoye and Vynohradiv Gold licenses in the Southwest Ukraine. It has an agreement to acquire approximately 98% interest in the Maiskoe Property in Southern Ukraine. The Company has not started operations or generated or realized any revenues from its business operations.
