Through its subsidiary TISA NY Inc, which is located in New York, the United States, the Company is also active in the provision of financial advisory services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one subsidiary, TISA NY Inc, and it held stakes in Tarpon BR Participacoes Ltda and Tarpon BR SA. On August 3, 2012, the Company concluded the corporate reorganization, through which activities of the administration of the third party's funds will be administrated by its new wholly owned subsidiary, Tarpon Gestora de Recursos SA.
