VRX Silica Limited is an Australia-based silica sand company. The Company is focused on developing its 100% owned silica sand projects at Arrowsmith (North, Brand and Central), Muchea and Boyatup in Western Australia. The Arrowsmith project includes Arrowsmith North, Brand Silica and Central Silica Sand projects, all located approximately 270 kilometers (km) north of Perth, Western Australia. Its 100%-owned Muchea Mining Lease is located approximately 50 km north of Perth, Western Australia. Muchea comprises one granted exploration license, two exploration license applications, one granted mining lease, three granted miscellaneous licenses and one miscellaneous license application for an area of 74.4 km2. The Company’s 100%-owned Boyatup Silica Sand Project is located about 125km east of Esperance in Western Australia and is connected by sealed road to the Esperance Port. Boyatup includes two tenements, E69/3560 and E69/3668, for a total project area of 124 km2.
