Aviliani has a current job as the Chairman of the Indonesian Society of Commissioners.
Additionally, Dr. Aviliani is currently serving as an Independent Commissioner at PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta since 2017, the Head of Research, Publication, and R&D at Perhimpunan Bank-Bank Umum Nasional Indonesia since 2012, the President Commissioner at PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk since 2022, the Secretary of the Finance & Investment Board at the Indonesian Association of Muslim Intellectuals, the Head of Development of Banking Economic at the Asian Banking Finance & Informatics Institute Perbanas since 2020, a Member of the Supervisory Board at Ikatan Bankir Indonesia since 2015, and a Member of the Asosiasi Pemerintah Provinsi Seluruh Indonesia.
Dr. Aviliani's former jobs include being the Chairman of the Indonesian Economists Association, Chairman at Universitas Paramadina from 2002 to 2005, Assistant Chairman at Stie Perbanas Surabaya from 1989 to 2002, Deputy Director of Business Development at the Institute for Development of Economics & Finance from 1997 to 1999, Independent Commissioner at PT Bank Mega Tbk from 2018 to 2022, Independent Commissioner at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero).

Dr. Aviliani's education includes a graduate degree from the University of Indonesia in 1995, a doctorate degree from Bogor Agricultural University in 2012, and an undergraduate degree from Universitas Katolik Atmajaya in 1985.
