Angie Fidler

As Finance Director, Angie is fully responsible for day-to-day financial operations of BE, collaborating closely with Legal, Human Resources and IT, working as a thought partner to the broader BE team.
Angie joined BE from VillageReach, an international NGO with a mission to increase access to healthcare in Sub-Saharan Africa.
As Director of Finance, Angie was largely responsible for building and deploying financial strategies, team building across dispersed geographies, organizational and grant/contract compliance, and day-to-day finance and accounting.
Prior to VillageReach, Angie served as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer of The Rensselaerville Institute, a nonprofit devoted to turning around low performing schools.
She also spent 8 years as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in public accounting where she focused on general tax compliance, consulting on issues such as formation and organizational structure, and navigating complex multi-entity structures.
Angie received her BS in Accounting from Indiana University and is a CPA registered in WA state.
She lives for adventure, her dogs, and her books and is currently building out a camper van to combine the three
