Mr. Cline joined the fixed income group at Delaware Investments in October 2005.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a securities litigation associate with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, Atlanta, Ga., where he was involved in litigating claims arising from transactions in stocks, options, variable products, bonds, and mutual funds.
Previously, he provided counsel and assisted clients with general commercial litigation, consumer protection claims, multi-state enforcement actions, antitrust litigation, warranty claims, and class action litigation at Jones Day, Atlanta, Ga.
Mr. Cline received his bachelors degree in philosophy from Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y., and his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
