Mr. Charles Kelley, CFA, is a Founder & Senior Portfolio Manager at Compass Capital Management, Inc. He founded the firm in 1988 and has worked in the financial industry since 1978.
At the company, he is a member of the investment committee, which oversees the equity and fixed income portfolios.
He currently serves on the Gustavus Adolphus College's investment committee for its endowment and is actively involved with the economic and management departments.
