Chris McCabe

Mr. Chris McCabe is a Head of Global Diversified Technology at TD Securities (USA) LLC.
He advises companies across the tech landscape on equity and debt securities and has a strong focus on strategic Merger & Acquisitions (M&A), both domestically and overseas.
He works with clients across the electronics supply chain including semiconductors, solar, advanced materials, equipment, communications and renewable energy.
Mr. McCabe was previously employed as a Managing Director & Head-West Coast Technology Practice by BancBoston Capital, Inc., a Managing Director, Co-Head-Clean Technology & Renewables by Piper Jaffray Cos., and a Managing Director by Robertson Stephens & Co. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and holds an MBA in International Management from the University of South Carolina.
