Christopher Mumm

Mr. Christopher Mumm joined Focus Capital in 2010 and is involved in all aspects of the transaction process as an investment banker and strategic advisor with an emphasis on financial and market analysis, strategic planning development and implementation, corporate structuring, financings and deal coordination.
Mr. Mumm has spent the past five years working extensively with corporate and business law issues as a licensed attorney and has represented numerous clients with respect to entity formation, capital-raising transactions (including private placements and mergers and acquisitions), capital structuring, state and federal securities law compliance and other related legal matters.
His professional experience includes a wide range of transactional matters in both domestic and international settings as well as considerable experience with emerging companies and companies in various stages of growth.
Mr. Mumm graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and completed his undergraduate work at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota where he graduated magna cum laude.
He holds Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
