Daniel Villalba Vilá

Daniel Villalba Vilá was the founder and Chairman of HipoGes Iberia SL, which was founded in 2008.
He is currently the Chairman of Cabot Financial Spain SA. In the past, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Inverban SVB SA from 1990 to 2011.
He also served as Chairman of Operador del Mercado Ibérico de la Energía Polo Español SA and Molgas Energía SA. Additionally, he was Deputy Chairman of Abengoa Solar SA and Chairman of OMI Polo Español SA. He served as Chairman of Transoleo SA from 1994 to 2005.
He was an Independent Director at Abengoa SA and Lead Independent Director at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc.
He also held positions as Director at Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Valores de Madrid SA and Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Valores de Barcelona SA. He was a Director at Abengoa Bioenergia SA and an Independent Director at Vueling Airlines SA. Dr. Villalba Vilá is also a Professor of Business Economics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
He holds a graduate degree from Stanford University and the University of Massachusetts, an undergraduate degree from the University of Barcelona, and a doctorate degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
