Mr. Eugene Lim is an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions at True Investments LLC.
Prior to joining True Investments, Mr. Lim was a Senior Analyst at Colony AMC OPCO, LLC, the asset management division of Colony Capital, LLC.
In this capacity, he also supported multiple divisions of Colony Capital, LLC, including Colony American Homes, Inc., with acquisitions as well as private and public financing efforts, including securitizations, a credit facility, and an initial public offering.
While earning his M.B.A., he assisted Colony AMC OPCO, LLC acquisitions teams with the underwriting of numerous commercial real estate portfolios, valued at an aggregate unpaid principal balance in excess of $10 billion.
Prior to pursuing his M.B.A., he managed over 40 employees at Diamond Financial Group, Inc., a full service residential real estate brokerage firm in Southern California.
Mr. Lim earned a B.A. in Economics from U.C.
Riverside and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in finance.
