Mr. Jason B. Dahl is Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager at First Eagle Investment Management LLC.
Prior to joining First Eagle in May 2000, Mr. Dahl was a Director and Senior Risk Arbitrage Analyst at RBC Dominion Securities Corp.
He joined RBC in 1997 at the inception of the bank's proprietary Risk Arbitrage Department where he built and directed the group's research team.
He began his career at Neuberger Berman LLC in 1992 as an Analyst and later became Senior Analyst for both the Risk Arbitrage and Convertible Arbitrage strategies.
Along with his extensive knowledge and experience in Risk Arbitrage, he has developed cutting-edge, proprietary systems to analyze risk arbitrage portfolios, individual corporate actions and to track the universe of risk arbitrage transactions.
Mr. Dahl received his BA in Economics from Bucknell University in 1991.
