Mr. Carroll, our President since 1998, also has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1999.
Mr. Carroll served as our Chairman of the Board from 1999 until December 2004.
Previously, Mr. Carroll was President of Thrall Car Manufacturing Company from 1990 to 1997.
From 1989 to 1990, Mr. Carroll served as the President of Transcisco Rail Services Company.
Mr. Carroll also served as Director of Planning and International Business Director at FMC Corporation from 1985 to 1989 and as President of Gunderson, Inc. (now a unit of the Greenbrier Companies) from 1977 to 1985.
Mr. Carroll served in the United States Army and holds a B.S.
