Mr. Caspari was formerly an Analyst at Oxford Properties Group, the global real estate private equity arm of the Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System Fund.
At OMERS, Mr. Caspari was involved in underwriting investment transactions totaling US$1 billion throughout Canada, Europe and South America.
Mr. Caspari previously was an asset manager with 550 Management, a boutique real estate investment firm in Toronto, where he focused on the repositioning and re-leasing of residential and retail properties.
Mr. Caspari holds a Master's in Real Estate Finance and Development degree from Columbia University, where he completed his thesis on opportunities for private equity in real estate development in Argentina.
He earned his Honors Degree in Philosophy at Queens University in Kingston, Canada.
