Prior to joining Key Venture Partners in December 2007, Mr. Cohen worked for Kayne Anderson Private Investors, Los Angeles, where he focused on growth-stage equity investments across the technolgoy spectrum.
He was primarily responsible for transaction execution and sourcing new investment opportunities.
He currently serves as a board member of Insight Direct.
Mr. Cohen is a graduate of Swarthmore College, where he earned a BA in Economics and Biology.
