Olivier Bouygues

Bouygues S.A. () is an industrial group headquartered in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, France. Bouygues is listed on Euronext Paris exchange and is a blue chip in the CAC 40 stock market index. The company was founded in 1952 by Francis Bouygues (educated at the École Centrale Paris, 1946) and since 1989 has been led by his son Martin Bouygues. In 2011 it had over 130,000 employees in 80 countries, generating €32.7 billion in revenue.

History
The company was founded by Francis Bouygues in 1952. In 1970 Bouygues became listed on the Paris Stock Exchange. later reorganised as Colas group. In 1987 the company started operating the television channel TF1

Construction

• Bouygues Construction (100% share): public works, electricity, maintenance
• Colas group (96.6% share): roadworks, construction and maintenance
• Bouygues Immobilier (100% share): residential, corporate, commercial and hotel real estate and urban development, property development
• BINA Istra (16% share): motorway development and management

Telecoms - Media

• Bouygues Télécom (89.5% share): mobile phone network
• TF1 Group (43.6% share): audiovisual group; with TF1 itself owning the Eurosport, LCI, TV Breizh, Odysée, and History channels. TF1 also owns 34.3% of Publications Metro France, a free-distribution press group.

• Alstom (30.7% share): railways, electric energy production equipment and services
