Mr. Paul T.
Greff, CFA MBA, is a Chief Investment Officer at Ohio Public Employees Retirement System.
He has over 30 years of Investment experience.
He joined the firm in 2009 as a senior portfolio manager to oversee the internal global bonds and securities teams, and was promoted to deputy Chief Investment Officer in 2015.
Before joining OPERS, he was a senior managing director of global fixed income at State Street Global Advisors.
Prior to State Street, he worked at Munder Capital for six years, where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager.
Mr. Greff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Kalamazoo College, and an MBA from the University of Detroit.
