Mr. Richard Gunthel is Founding Principal at True North Management Group LLC, since 2004.

Prior to that, he was a Managing Director and Global Head of the Real Estate Finance Group at Bankers Trust (a Deutsche Bank predecessor company).
He first joined Bankers Trust in 1969, initially working in the Metropolitan Banking Department, later in the National Banking Group.
He formed the Real Estate Finance Group at Bankers Trust Company in 1983.
Mr. Gunthel received a B.A. from Gettysburg College and an M.B.A. from Hofstra University.
