Valentine has been Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer of MPW Industrial Services Group, Inc. since July, 2003.
He was Chief Operating Officer of Liqui-Box Corp.
Mr. Valentine was Chief Financial Officer of Liqui-Box from 2001 to 2002.
He served as Division Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of WW Holdings, Inc. from 1997 to 2001 and International Group Controller of Invacare Corp.
from 1995 to 1997 and Director of Internal Audit from 1992 to 1994.
Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the MPW Industrial Services Group.
Mr. Valentine held various positions at Pricewaterhouse & Co. (formerly Price Waterhouse).
