Mr. Lund is a member of the team at InnoVentures.
From 1997 to the start of Innoventures Capital Partners, he was employed by Utah Technology Finance Corporation; first as (Special Projects Manager) supervising and writing policies and handbooks and then as (In-House Legal Counsel) beginning in 1999.
He continues to assist in the many legal matters associated with lending to small businesses including Uniform Commercial Code in both transactional and litigation matters, particularly in the areas of secured lending and contracts.
Mr. Lund graduated from J.
Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, 1996 with his Juris Doctor Degree.
