Ltd., as Director from 1979 to 1981, the University of Akron, as Research Associate-Civil Engineering Department in 1976, and Brookhaven National Laboratory, as Structural Engineer in 1978.
Dr. Pracharktam received his graduate degree in 1970 from the University of Akron, doctorate degree in 1974 from the University of Akron, and undergraduate degree in 1966 from the University of Chulalongkorn.
