Ms. Theresa Smith is a Sales Associate at Insight Venture Partners.
Ms. Smith has many years of experience developing, building and managing sales organizations, implementing sales processes for direct sales and channel sales including inside sales, sales development, tele-prospecting and field sales.

Prior to joining Insight, she held management positions in sales for CA (Computer Associates), Vice President of Channel Sales, XOsoft Inc., Director of WW Sales, Precise Software Solutions, Veritas Software, Sybase, Elron Software and Dragon Systems.
During the past 5 years, Ms. Smith provided sales management consulting to XOsoft, Inc., Precise Software, Veritas Software, Attunity Software, eGlue Software, Acopia Network Solutions, Progress Software and Mindreef Software.
In addition, Ms. Smith participated in three successful acquisitions, Precise Software, Acopia Network Solutions and XOsoft Inc.
