Prior to joining DRS Technologies, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Clearwire Equipment Co. LLC and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Clearwire Technologies, Inc., Sierra Technologies, Inc. and The Proctor & Gamble Co. He received a JD from the University of Arkansas and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
