Mr. Mannion joined Prometheus full-time in 2005.
Prior to joining Prometheus, Mr. Mannion served as the CFO of several private equity-backed companies, including Edwards Fine Foods and Wise Snacks, from 1997 to 2005.
Mr. Mannion’s responsibilities included management of financial activities, strategic planning, merger and acquisitions, and lender and investor relationships.
Prior to 1997, Mr. Mannion worked for Kellogg Co. in a variety of accounting, finance, manufacturing and market research roles, and served as the CFO of Kellogg Canada Inc. from 1996 to 1997.
Mr. Mannion received his B.S.
in Accounting from Illinois State University and earned his CPA the same year.
