Mr. Wee-Tsen Lee, CFA, is a Head of Fund Research at Pacific Capital Partners Ltd. He joined Pacific Asset Management in 2024, working exclusively for Lockhart Asset Management and the clients of Lockhart Capital Management.
Mr. Lee has worked in the multi asset industry since 2007, through his roles as either portfolio manager or fund research analyst, he has assisted both pension funds and private wealth clients in pursuit of their financial goals.
Having joined Lockhart Capital Management in 2020, he carries out fund research across the portfolio’s investable universe, be it active or passive, and contributes to the portfolio construction of the underlying strategies.
Prior to Lockhart, Mr. Lee has worked at Russell Investments, Barclays Wealth and Santander Asset Management.
