The digital services group confirmed the solid trajectory of its business by reporting a sharp rise in first-half revenue, driven by particularly robust organic momentum in the second quarter and a meaningful improvement in operating profitability.
In the first half of 2026, Neurones generated consolidated revenue of 454.8m, up 7.2% on a reported basis and +6.9% organically versus the first half of 2025 (424.3m).
This performance was notably underpinned by the acceleration recorded in the second quarter of 2026, when revenue rose from 210.2m to 227.1m.
Data-related businesses, Digital projects, ITSM (ServiceNow), and Business Process Management were among the main drivers of this expansion. In addition, the group highlighted the continued, active rollout of agentic artificial intelligence, both to optimize its internal operations and for its clients (development of intelligent agents, dedicated platforms, and recurring use).
On profitability, first-half operating income came in at 8.7% of revenue, a clear improvement from the first half, when it stood at 7.8%.
The group was therefore able to revise its roadmap upward for the full year. Annual revenue is now expected to exceed 900m, versus "around 900m" previously. Operating income is still expected at about 9%.
