OVH Group is announcing several changes within its executive committee, including the departure of its chief financial officer (CFO), Stephanie Besnier, who has said she wants to leave the group and will remain in her role through August 31. The search for her successor is under way. In the meantime, Julien Rabette, deputy chief financial officer, will serve as interim CFO.
In addition, Pierre Byramjee has been appointed chief revenue officer Digital Cloud. He will lead the development of this go-to-market, which supports digital-native clients, from Starters to Scalers. With a strong track record in tech and digital, including experience at Dell, Microsoft and Stripe, he is joining the executive committee of the cloud services group.
Finally, Sylvain Siou has been appointed vice president Customer Solutions & Success, within the go-to-market Corporate, with a mandate to align OVHcloud's technology expertise with the business priorities of its largest clients. He brings more than 20 years of experience in pre-sales and customer support, including at VMware, Nutanix, EfficientIP and Keepit.
