Coastal Contracts Bhd. is an investment holding company. It is a globally integrated oil and gas services and energy infrastructure solutions provider. Its segments include Gas Processing, Vessel Chartering, Shipbuilding and Ship repair, Hospitality and Renewable Energy. The Gas Processing segment is engaged in the provision of onshore gas conditioning and jack-up gas compression services. Through its Vessel Chartering Division, the Company offers a range of solutions to its customers. The Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Division is made up of two key operations, one being the fabrication and sale of offshore support vessel (OSV) and marine transportation vessels. The Hospitality segment is engaged in the development of an overwater bungalow resort. It owns and operates two shipyards in Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia with a combined land area of over 97 acres and seafronts stretching over 1,050m. Its investment is a 5-6-star twin resort development located in Semporna, Sabah, Malaysia.
