Hellix Ventures Inc. is a Canada-based natural resource company. The Company is engaged in the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of gold and silver properties in North America. The Company's properties include Athabasca Claims and Star Valley. The Athabasca property is located three kilometers southwest of the city of Nelson in southeastern British Columbia. They are situated on the northwest slope of Toad (Morning) Mountain. The Athabasca Mine property consists of approximately 10 reverted crown granted claims and five located claims. The Company has a working interest in the Star Valley property in southern Saskatchewan. The Star Valley property consists of eight producing oil wells.
