KAMDAR Group (M) Berhad (Kamdar) is a Malaysia-based company. The Company has two business units: Textile, and Investment and management. The Textile business unit is engaged in retailing textile and textile-based products within the retailing industry. The Investment and management business unit is engaged in investment holding and providing management services. The Company operates a chain of stores retailing and wholesaling textiles and home furnishing fabrics, as well as clothing apparel and home decor products in approximately 24 stores throughout Malaysia. The Company specializes as a purveyor of textiles for fashion and for home furnishing fabrics, for drapery and upholstery as well as bedlinen. The Company's subsidiaries include Kamdar Sdn. Berhad, Pusat Membeli-Belah Kamdar Sdn. Bhd. and Kamdar (South) Sdn. Bhd.
