JAG Capital Berhad, formerly KUB Malaysia Berhad, is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services to its subsidiaries. Its divisions include Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and power sectors (Power) and Others. The LPG division is engaged in importation, bottling, marketing and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas. The Power division is engaged in manufacturing cables and wires and engineering civil works in the power sector. Others division include business related to infrastructure solutions, supply, maintenance and ancillary services in information, communications and technology (ICT), property management services for several properties owned by it and investment holdings. It provides integrated solutions for telecommunications, spanning infrastructure development to the supply of ICT equipment and services to private and public sector clients. Its subsidiaries include Solar Gas Sdn Bhd, Peraharta Sdn Bhd, and others.
