Business description: Modetour Network Inc.

Modetour Network Inc is a Korea-based company involved in the provision of travel services. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Travel Agency Service segment plans and sells travel products such as airline tickets, package tour products, cruises, golf travel products, individual travel products, and tracking, and provides local travel services and visa issuance services. The Hotel Consignment Operation and Agency Service segment engages in consignment operation of hotels. The Real Estate Investment segment secures funds from institutional and individual investors, acquires hotels, and provides investors with return on investment through rental and management of acquired hotels. In addition, the Company provides hotel accommodation services and education services and engages in the development of real estate.
