Scintillator single crystals that detect radiation are used in positron emission tomography (PET) testing equipment for the diagnosis of cancer. The laser light source is used in a quality inspection device for silicon wafers used in semiconductor manufacturing. The products are mainly used in the optical measurement and new field business, semiconductor business, as well as healthcare business.
