Vantris Energy Berhad is a globally integrated energy services and solutions provider operating across the entire upstream value chain, including renewables. The Companyâ€™s capabilities cover exploration, development, production, rejuvenation, decommissioning and abandonment. The Companyâ€™s segments include Engineering and Construction (E&C); Operations and Maintenance (O&M); Drilling; Exploration and Production (E&P) and Corporate. The E&C business provides end-to-end, turnkey engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) solutions for the energy industry. The O&M business includes various services, such as subsea services, diving services, subsea construction, and technology solutions. The Drilling business offers tender-assist drilling (TAD) rigs that can provide development drilling, well completion, workovers as well as plug and abandonment operations in waters. It also offers geotechnical and related services.
